Faith Kids

At Faith Community Church our kid's ministry (infant through 6th grade) is all about teaching God's Word, building relationships, serving others, having fun, and making followers of Jesus. Our hope is that each child will come to know Jesus as their personal Savior and begin the life-long process of growing in their faith. We also give kids the opportunity to explore what their spiritual gifts might be and learn to serve others. Our goal is to partner with you as parents to encourage and supplement your leading of your children to grow in Christ.
Sunday Morning
Faith Kids meets every Sunday morning during our 8:30 & 10:30 services. The time includes age-appropriate care, interaction, teaching, and worship for all infant-6th grade kids.
Wednesday Evening
During the school year, Faith Kids meets every Wednesday from 6:00-7:30 pm for more fun, teaching, and worship for K-6th grade kids.

Here's what to expect when visiting Faith Kids for the first time:

First, find one of our volunteers near our check-in kiosk. There we will meet your family, check your child into our system, and then will help your child find their age-appropriate room.
Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):

Parent/guardian name(s)
Child's name
Child's birthdate
Home address
Phone number
Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children

Child Saftey

Your child's safety is one of our top priorities. We make every effort to secure portions of the building that are used for kids programming, and we utilize a check-in system to ensure a high level of accountability in our care for your child. Here's how it works:

Before Service: You can check-in your child at any available kiosk. Use your phone number to find your child’s name in the database, and you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching security tag.
During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s identification code (printed on your security tag) will appear on the screen. We ask that you exit the worship center and buzz the secure kids' door to gain entry.

After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s room and show your security tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

Parenting Room

Childcare is offered during services for infants, but we also have a Parenting Room that is available for mothers and fathers with infants. This room is reserved exclusively for parents with infants to enjoy the service in a more private and quiet environment with a live view of the service. The Parenting Room is visible from the commons area, but feel free to grab an usher if you need assistance locating the room.
